Osprey Apartments
The electrical works for Osprey Apartments comprised the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure for a multi-residential development consisting of 18 apartments and a basement carpark. The scope included general power distribution to each apartment, energy-efficient lighting, emergency and exit lighting, metering, communications cabling, and provisions for NBN connection
Power supply and infrastructure were installed to support common areas, including the main switchboard, distribution boards, hydraulic and mechanical services. All works were completed in compliance with relevant electrical, building, and safety codes

PROJECT 2
ILU CRanbourne north
The electrical works for ILU Cranbourne North involved the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical services for a residential development comprising 30 Individual Living units which included 14 single-storey villas and 16 townhouses. The scope included general power and energy-efficient lighting within each dwelling, group metering, MATV and structured communications cabling with provisions for NBN.
Each unit was equipped with compliant smoke detection systems. Electrical works also covered common areas, including pathways and shared spaces, with the installation of emergency and exit lighting to meet safety and compliance requirements. All works were completed in accordance with relevant electrical, fire safety, and building codes to ensure a safe and functional independent living environment.

Floret TOWNHOUSES
The electrical works for Floret Townhouses included the complete installation and commissioning of electrical infrastructure for a residential development comprising 77 townhouses. The scope covered general power and energy-efficient lighting installations within each dwelling, group metering, MATV and structured communications cabling with provisions for NBN.
Each townhouse was also fitted with compliant smoke detection systems integrated into the electrical installation. All works were completed in accordance with current electrical, fire safety, and building regulations to ensure a safe, functional, and fully serviced living environment.

SDA Apartments Springvale
The electrical works for SDA Apartments Springvale comprised the complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical services for a purpose-built mixed-use development consisting of 17 apartments, including 15 SDA-compliant units, 2 dedicated carer apartments, 2 retail tenancies, and a ground-level carpark.
The scope included lighting and power installations throughout all apartments and common areas, communications infrastructure, MATV, dry fire systems, security and access control, UPS installation, and comprehensive testing and certification. Electrical infrastructure was also provided to support the main switchboard, distribution boards, mechanical and hydraulic services, as well as all shared building facilities.

The electrical works for Nightingale Wilam Ganga Apartments comprised the complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical services for a premium mixed-use residential development consisting of 28 architecturally designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments, 3 retail tenancies, and a range of shared communal facilities, including a rooftop with veggie gardens, communal laundry, and BBQ area.
The scope included lighting and power installations throughout all apartments, retail spaces, and common areas, communications infrastructure, MATV, dry fire systems, and comprehensive testing and certification. Electrical infrastructure was also installed to support the main switchboard, distribution boards, mechanical and hydraulic services, lifts, and all shared building amenities.
